Founded as Shekinah Christian Assembly by Rev. D. Rajan Immanuel, our church began with a vision to reach the unreached, proclaim Jesus Christ, make disciples, and serve our community with the love of God.
Shekinah later became the first Tamil-speaking church in India to join the Global Methodist Church, embracing its commitment to the authority of Scripture, biblical holiness, sound Christian doctrine, and faithful discipleship.
Today, as Shekinah Global Methodist Church, our calling remains clear: Proclaim Christ. Reach the Unreached. Make Disciples. Pursue Holiness. Serve Faithfully.
